Limon is the lower floor of a privately owned large villa in an elevated and quiet position overlooking the Jalon Valley. The owners of the villa run a bar/restaurant in Jalon town and because of this are able to offer the magnificent swimming pool and spacious terrace for the use of Limon's guests absolutely and exclusively .. they do not use the pool and pool terrace at all. Limon has 2 bedrooms, a large shower-room, fully fitted luxury kitchen and sitting room with an additional sofa bed and Sky TV with film and sports channels as well as BBC/ITV. The property is spacious, beautifully presented and furnished throughout and is very well-equipped. Directly outside of Limon, is the fantastic free-form swimming pool of 10 x 5 metres with both roman steps and ladder. The spacious pool terrace is equipped with sunloungers, dining table, chairs, parasols and a BBQ. The view from here is glorious .. right across the Jalon Valley to the mountains of the Sierra Bernia. Limon is accessed by steps from the road and is at the end of a cul-de-sac with only one neigbouring villa so is quiet and private. Limon is a great choice for one or two couples or the small family offering fantastic pool/outdoor facilities rarely found at this price. Rental includes linen and towels.
