The apartment: Luxury 3 bedroomed apartment in the beautiful complex of Cumbre del Sol. The apartment is fully furnished with all new fixtures and fittings and offers a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, which both provide access to a large private sun terrace. With 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and a double sofa bed the apartment can easily accommodate up to 8 people. Furthermore, the apartment offers a fully equipped American style kitchen and 2 large bathrooms with shower and WC. The apartment is built into the hillside at the very highest point of Cumbre del Sol, which gives the most breathtaking and uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The apartment is one of the few in this area, due to very stricked rules and demands of the building architecture. Beside the beautiful apartment complex with it's fantastic view the area is developed with exclusive villas down the hillside. Location: Cumbre del Sol is located between the picturesque towns of Moraira and Javea in the heart of Costa Blanca, just 1 hour drive from Alicante airport (to the South) and 1½ hours drive from Valencia airport (to the North). Due to the location of the apartment on the hillside a car is considered essential. Activities: If relaxing on the private sun terrace with its spectacular views or spending a day by the award wining cascading swimmingpool is not enough there are lots of other activities close by. Several golf courts, large and sandy beaches, restaurants, amusement parks including Aqualandia (waterpark with slides) and Mundomar (dolphin, sea lions shows, etc.) and a large theme park Terra Mitica. The area offers a lot of holiday activities for both adults and children. Transport: The airport of Alicante is the nearest airport and some of the companies who fly to Alicante are: http://www.jet2.com , http://www.thomsonfly.com, http://www.easyjet.com, http://www.sterling.dk, http://www.sas.dk.
