It has all modern amenities; fitted kitchen, microwave, hob oven fridge etc, large full bathroom, large shower room, utility room with washing machine, 1 spacious lounge/diner, seperate family sitting room with double bed and double futon. Master bed with kingsize bed and spectacular mountain and sea views, further double bedroom and a twin bedded room with 2 singles-all the space you could need for your holday. And that's only the inside.
Outside there is ample covered parking for 2 cars, off the lounge is the naya, with further dining facilities, a balcony with stunning views, a barbeque terrace with built in typically tiled Spanish barbeque and stone table and chairs for al fresco dining. A gated swimming pool terrace with anti-slip tiles, a shady gazebo with table and chairs and of course our 10m x 5m a private pool with roman steps in the shallow end and landscaped gardens to enjoy too.
We offer books, CD's, videos, DVD's games and toys. All villa linen is included in our rental price-towels and sheets changed weekly. The villa is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave-mid term cleaning is also available on request. Our English speaking agents are on hand 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm should there be any problem. We also provide a welcome pack and our agents will arrange to visit you within the first few days of your stay to make sure everything is what you expected.
We have tried to make our villa a luxury home from home, it is family orientated, but is equally suited to those who just want to escape to the sun for a quiet rest. Situated in the hills above Moraira, in an established urbanization (no new building),you have the perfect location- great sea and mountain views, peace and privacy. Only 10 minutes drive maximum into town and beaches, only one hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports. Car hire is essential as the terrain is quite mountanous.
