Welcome to our large, luxury villa in a prime location in Moraira. It is within a 10-15 minute walk of the centre of the town/beach. A recently built 2 storey spacious villa. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have central ceiling fan. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private balcony with furniture.Under floor heating, ceiling fans in all rooms excluding kitchen and bathrooms. 10x5m private swimming pool (can be heated on request for additional cost). Outdoor kitchen area with BBQ, utility with washing machine & tumble dryer and WC. Patio furniture and outdoor sunbeds. Security gates and 2 driveways for ample parking. Sunbathing areas and outside dining area. Coast/Beach Closest beaches are 5-10 minutes by car with many other smaller beaches within close proximity. Golf 2 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa. Tennis courts available nearby. Travel Alicante and Valencia airports each an easy 1 hour drive on the A7 motorway. Car hire is recommended. If bringing a car the Plymouth/Santander car ferry is highly recommended. Distances Javea is only a 10 minute drive away with Denia only 20 minutes away. The large town of Benidorm is just 20 minutes drive, many activities such as Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia - Water Park and many shopping centres. Further details Moraira is a picturesque small fishing town with a beautiful marina, many local and tourist restaurants. Mainly villas with few high rise buildings and apartments. The town has all the shops, banks and activities a family would need for a fantastic holiday.
