The main accommadition of this lovely villa is on the upper floor, with a self-contained two bedroom apartment on the ground floor,(pool side), making it ideal for friends or family sharing,

The villa is available for rent as a whole or only the upper floor, the groung floor would then be closed and remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay.
Los Prados is only 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach of El Portet, and the pretty fishing vllage of Moraira.

The villa has 5 double bedrooms arranged over 2 levels, (ie a 3 bedroom villa, with seperate 2 bedroom self-contained apartment below). It is ideal for up to 10 people sharing, but is equally perfect for just 6 people occuying the upper level only, in which case the apartment would be closed and remain vacant.
On the upper floor are two double bedrooms, one with a full en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, one further full bathroom,kitchen and large sunny lounge & dining room, leading to the terrace with views of the pool and down the valley to the sea.
The completely self contained lower floor has 2 double bedrooms and open plan lounge with American style kitchen and large shower room.
The open and covered terraces on both levels are ideal for dining al-fresco.What about a barbecue next to the large 10x5 metre pool, which can be lit at night. You even have a choice of real charcoal or gas BBQ. The local markets offer a tempting array of colourful & inexpensive fruit and vegetables, an ideal option for a relaxing evening,and an enticing invitation to supper under the splendid palms.
The pretty gardens are partly laid to lawn, with many flowering shrubs and tropical palms offering privacy, set around the pool, which has ample terracing. This is the perfect place to lie back and relax. Or if you're feeling a bit more adventurous, then the bustling seaside resorts of Javea and Calpe are only 15 minutes drive away.Benidorm with all its ammenities, including Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, (a fabulous theme park), Mundamar, where you can see performing sea lions and dolphins, are all available

Los Prados is perfect for a family holiday,with satellite tv, and a selection of books games & DVDs, to help entertain the children, when they want a break from the pool.

Moraira has become one of the most select holiday locations on the Costa Blanca, combining the charm of a fishing village with fabulous marina, stylish boutiques and restaurants,to suit all tastes and pockets. The Menu-del Dia is still available, 3 courses from as little as 7 or 8 euros per person, usually including wine.All this just five minutes drive from this beautiful, sunny south facing villa, and an hour from Alicante- the nearest airport.
