Rental gives you access to the spectacular gated pool complex - visible from the terrace - which has 2 great pools, a bar/bistro, Wi-fi should you bring a laptop, showers, toilets and during the high season there is a lifeguard on duty.
The air-conditioned (warm air in winter) living accommodation and terrace are on one level, making it ideal for all age groups. The open plan living area has direct access onto the large south facing sun-drenched terrace (from sun up to sun down), ideal for those that enjoy an al fresco lifestyle. The terrace has a traditional stone built BBQ, dining table, chairs and sun loungers.
The villa is situated on the quiet & unique Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun), which is half way between Alicante and Valencia. A car is needed however there are restaurants, bars & cafes situated close by. The local beach, Playa del Moraig, is only a 5 mins drive away with many blue flag sandy beaches only short drive away. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and others are only 40 minutes away.
