It has gardens and fruit trees and a carport for 2 cars. It is just 5 minutes away by car from the thoughtfully- developed small town of Moraira and its two well-maintained family-friendly beaches, beautiful marina, restaurants and shops.

The villa enjoys views across the valley of almond groves and vineyards and has large terraced areas, built-in barbecue and a pool shower.

The villa is approximately 1 hour from Alicante airport and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Valencia airport. Car hire is essential.

It is just a 5 minute drive to Moraira and 10 minutes to the neighbouring villages of Teulada and Benitaxell. The beautiful old town of Altea, the art capital of the Costa Blanca, is just half an hour away - a place where history and modern life stand side by side. Restaurants, craft shops/stalls, churches and works of art both traditional and contemporary abound. The local market on a Friday morning is a must where they sell everything from sun-ripe fruit and vegetables to ceramics, artwork, gifts, homeware, clothes and shoes and much more!
